To satisfy customer requests for additional table clearance for diesel, heavy equipment, and other long-stroke engine combinations, we redesigned our popular Crankshaft V-Block to include modularity!  As-ordered, this will put a 2.5″ main journal crankshaft 6.7″ off the machine table.  An additional 1.398″ Riser kit (which includes two doweled risers and longer studs) is available for an additional $45 and can be ordered at any time.  If you are working on a more compact crankshaft, you can remove one or both of the included risers for maximum rigidity.

Heights are matched to within 0.0005″ and all mating surfaces are precision machined.  Dowels are a combination press/slip fit so they will be retained in the base and risers when not in use.

Kit (pictured in Black) includes one pair of V-Blocks, 5/8″ keys and hardware, ready for your T-Slot mounting hardware.  Part number CCA-CVB-MOD-BLK is anodized Black.
